Fundamental MMA is our intro to MMA, roughly an 8 week program with smaller class sizes. All new MMA members start in the program with the aim to build solid foundations and confidence both inside and outside of the gym.
Our MMA classes are designed to help you build upon your foundations. We focus on discipline, respect, and mental toughness to help you overcome obstacles and achieve your goals.
The classes cater intermediate and advanced skill sets. And are primarily ran by our head coach Sam Hayward, a veteran MMA fighter with a background in teaching.
Nogi Fundamentals focuses on building the foundation of your grappling. Learn basic takedowns controls, escapes in a safe environment focused on development.
Our BJJ program is the perfect way to learn one of the most effective forms of martial arts. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, also known as BJJ, is a grappling-based sport that focuses on ground fighting and submissions. With our BJJ coach Colby Allen being one of the most respected BJJ Black Belts in Australia, he'll teach you everything you need to know to excel in the sport.
Our advanced Nogi classes are for blue belts and above and give a place for more advanced training. This is a members only class and not open to free trials.
